Shannon is a bereaved mother/spouse who believes grieving is as natural as breathing and just as necessary to thrive in this difficult world. As a certified grief educator,grief yoga/movement teacher she encourages her clients to embrace the grief journey through active listening as well as cultivating compassionate self-acceptance and courageous exploration of all emotions associated with bereavement.

We believe that not all emotions can be expressed and therefore released with words. The goal of our workshops and classes are to release trapped and difficult to process emotions from the body to assist with the healing process.
